D2I was started by a plumber from Iowa after dealing with complicated field-service software, missing job information and unreliable connections.
The goal is to make the software practical for the technician running the call and the person handling the office work.

What is available?
D2I is accepting paid-beta signup requests for iOS and Android, with Office in a browser. Company setup and the owner walkthrough are handled personally. D2I Full is planned and is not available for signup yet.
What does it cost?
Solo is $29/month for 1 field user. Team is $79/month for up to 5 field users. For more than 5, contact us before payment; approved extra field users are $15 each per month. Prices are USD. Office-only accounts are free; owners who work in the field count as field users. Existing approved testers keep their promised beta benefits.
How do I get access?
Choose a plan and send a signup request. We confirm fit and billing, manually create your company and walk through setup with the owner. Signup or payment does not grant immediate access. Company management trains additional users, with onboarding documentation for reference.
What about poor signal?
Saving field work safely and synchronizing when a connection returns is part of D2I’s design. We’ll discuss your devices and current limits during the walkthrough.
